The service is presented under the trading name PVC Expertos and handles PVC window enquiries across Valencia y área metropolitana. The service provider responsible for an individual project is identified with its full contractual and tax details in the applicable proposal or contract.

Information we may receive

  • name, telephone or WhatsApp number;
  • municipality and approximate property location where needed for a visit;
  • requested service, number of openings, approximate dimensions, photographs and project notes;

Please do not submit sensitive information or unnecessary details about another person.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use these details to answer the enquiry, clarify requirements, arrange a survey, prepare a proposal and provide the follow-up you requested. This is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, consent to use your chosen contact channel.

If work is commissioned, processing for planning, installation, warranty, invoicing and aftercare is based on performance of the contract and applicable legal obligations. We do not send recurring marketing or provide data for third-party advertising without separate consent.

Forms, Telegram and WhatsApp

Website enquiries are delivered to a private Telegram work channel so the team can respond. The notification may contain the details entered, source page, service and language. If you continue through WhatsApp, that communication takes place on an external service. These providers apply their own terms and privacy arrangements, and their infrastructure may involve international processing under the safeguards used by each provider.

Recipients and retention

Necessary hosting, security, communications and technical-support providers may process limited information. Installers or project collaborators receive only what they need once the work has been defined. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell contact databases.

Enquiries are kept while active and for a reasonable period needed to respond, follow up and evidence the communication. Unconverted enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Contract, invoice, warranty or complaint records are retained with restricted access for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and may withdraw consent for future processing. Send your request through our WhatsApp contact. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security, minors and updates

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures and avoid requesting unnecessary data. The form is intended for people aged 18 or over.
