How the work is organised
Six stages documented
Each stage reduces uncertainty before the windows are manufactured and fitted.
01 02 Preliminary review
Photos and approximate sizes help identify access, shutters and junctions that need checking on site.
03 Technical survey
The opening, substrate, level, shutter box, drainage, finishes and installation access are verified at the property.
04 Written proposal
The quotation identifies the system, glazing, hardware, finish, removal, installation scope and conditions.
05 Manufacture and scheduling
Average manufacturing time is 2–3 weeks after measurements and specification are confirmed. The installation date is agreed for the order and access to the property.
06 Installation and handover
Opening, closing, adjustment, sealing and finishes are checked. Any issue is reported with the order reference and photographs.

Scope confirmed in writing
The applicable duration and coverage are stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Product, glazing, hardware and installation items are identified separately, together with exclusions and the route for reporting an issue.
Confirmed after survey
Manufacturing and fitting dates depend on the approved system, finish, glazing, number of openings, access and removal work. A standard-size window is commonly installed within one working day or less; multi-window projects receive a specific programme.
