Why there is no cookie banner

WhatsApp, Telegram and external links

WhatsApp buttons link to an external service. Any cookies or identifiers used after opening its website or application belong to that provider. Telegram is used internally to deliver form notifications, but this website does not embed Telegram content or set Telegram advertising cookies on this domain.
